Production Process
Stainless Steel IBC Tank
Material Preparation: We select thick 304/316L stainless steel plates, ensuring uniform thickness and impurity-free material. One-Piece Stamping Molding:The entire stainless steel plate is stamped into the tank body in one piece using a large hydraulic press, creating a seamless structure. Head Processing and Welding: The head is stamped separately, and after aligning with the tank body, circumferential welding is applied. Interface & Structure Installation: Flanges, valve interfaces, supports, and forklift slots are welded and the weld seams are polished. Strict Testing:Water pressure and air-tightness tests are conducted to ensure the product meets factory standards.

Material Processing: Polyethylene material is selected and mixed thoroughly. Extruded Preform:The material is heated and extruded through the machine, aligning with the mold entrance. Molding & Blowing:The mold is closed, and high-pressure air is injected into the preform, causing it to expand and tightly fit the mold walls. Cooling & Unmolding:The mold is cooled with water for 1-3 minutes before removing the tank body and trimming excess edges. Post-Processing & Testing:Valves and accessories are installed, the product is tested, and the frame and inner liner are assembled before final inspection.
